ABOUT THE MESS?
I recently got interviewed on a show to celebrate the new devotional on April 1st! All the glory to Jesus!
I am a son, leader, and servant who loves His Father in Heaven. I am also a mess. God loves us despite the messiness. The goal is to surrender yuck to Jesus and become, “God’s Mess.”

Jesus loves us the way we are. I always tell people; “God scraped the bottom of the barrel when He saved me.” He wanted me with all my faults. He loves us despite our sinful shambles.

I am still getting messy years later and continue to heal from deep cuts. I teach the Bible verse by verse. I pray daily and surrender my life to Him believing He will control my mess.

But guess what?

I make mistakes and I am a leader!

This 365-day devotional is a way to bring out the dirtiness. I desired to touch on issues religious people steer clear of. My prayer is it will help us to heal as the mess gets revealed. Once we realize it then we can surrender them and become less of a mess.

Whose mess, are you? Remember, we may be a mess, but we can choose to be God’s messes. Someone surrendered in full trust in His hands can turn into something amazing! I pray this devotional will be a great tool for all of us to the Lord we love!
